Titled ‘Australian start-up to help SMEs build privacy policies’, the article begins with Jesse talking about the real, ever-growing concerns that consumers have regarding their online privacy. Backed up by statistics from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and an interview from Justin Malbon, a professor at the Monash University, the articles goes into depth on how there is a need for companies to have an up-to-date privacy policy to ensure there is a lesser risk of being sued, and an increase in trust from the consumer’s point-of-view.
